Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. 3 story large house with heated pool and hot tub. Private fenced in yard, large deck, views from the front and walking distance to the beach walkover. Enjoy the serene mornings and calm evenings overlooking the beautiful ocean horizon. With 2 balconies and an open floor plan, the "Boat House" is the perfect place for the gathering of friends and family.

Boathouse - quite possibly our new favorite

My husband and I very much enjoyed the master suite in particular the commanding view of the ocean. The pool in the hot tub were most enjoyable. Because we drove to the beach every day. It was wonderful having access to the garage. Ample space for our party of seven appreciated the television throughout the house.The linens and towels were lovely. We especially appreciated the oversized beach towels because in previous experience the towels provided by the property are often thread, bear and pretty worn out and these were beautiful.The proximity to the beach is fantastic! A few minor issues that we encountered during our two weeks day included the propensity for the kitchen counters to become inhabited by tiny ants despite constant cleaning which resulted us buying ant traps, which were marginally helpful. While there was ample hot water, the water pressure was low . A few of the kitchen drawers were stuck shut . All in all very positive experience - would book again .

Fantastic stay!

Seriously great location! Quiet neighborhood across from the beach. Hearing the waves from the deck was just great. Loved the layout, great ammenities, and great communication. 4 beach chairs and a nice beach wagon to haul it down was clutch. Will stay again!

Beautiful location and house

Check in and check out process was super easy. Jamie was super helpful and answered all my questions. The house was clean and it was great space for 3 families to share. Beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. We had a great time!

Grandmother

Every year we lease a beach house for the family. We absolutely loved this property and our grand kids ranged from 2-16 years of age. The walk to the beach is short enough that the 2 year old walked every step of the way with no problem. We loved the private pool and hot tub. The layout of the house was perfect for our 3 families and everyone had their own floor and their own bathroom. The kiddos thought the outdoor shower was cool and it was a great after the beach shower for them. The space was clean and well stocked. We will use this house again. 5 stars from our team.

Paradise by the Beach

This was my first time staying at a home as opposed to a hotel so I was a bit nervous. I was very pleasantly surprised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. Distance to Beach - it is a super short walk to the beach access and the beach is beautiful. Additionally the people in the area are very nice. Pool/Hot Tub - amazing. The pool was heated in addition the the hot tub. It was very clean and we enjoyed it often. The new managers are upgrading everything and probably should upgrade some of the outdoor furniture and the BBQ but I understand it is a work and progress and it was more important to start with the inside (which looks great). Interior - Rooms were so comfortable and inviting. Great sheets, comfortable beds, nice upgraded bathrooms. The house is large and great for a large party. Additionally, it is fully stocked with everything you can imagine. From beach chairs, to pool toys, to games and every kitchen accessory you can imagine. They even provided shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. They left no stone un-turned and my kids who typically rent homes were in shock at how well stocked this house was. Location - it's about 20 minutes from the historic town so a short drive and a short drive to restaurants. Not much within walking distance but we didn't mind. As long as there is a Publix and Walgreens/CVS close by then we are good! Extra Room off the garage - there is a one bedroom apartment off of the garage with 1/2 bath. It was great because it offers privacy while still being part of the house. The only thing was there is no shower downstairs BUT there is an outdoor shower right outside, so my son just used that. It worked out great. Host - Jaimie was great to work with, always answered my questions on a timely basis and thankfully there was really no reason for us to contact her during our stay because we had everything we needed. We also had a chef come in and prepare a meal for a special occasion and it was lovely. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it (oh and it's very child safe as well, especially in regards to the pool).
