Located within the heart of Lincolnville and on the nicest street is this tunning complete renovation (2024) of a Historic 1920 home located behind the St Benedict the Moor Church. Interior was professional decorated by Sonya's Decor uptown (@decoruptown.) Furnishings and decor are high-end and true luxury. This is NOT your usual airbnb! It's the decorator touches that make this home. Relax on peaceful street with church bells, watching the 77" Smart LG OLED TV and the electric fireplace or on the rear covered porch or pergola surrounded by beautiful landscaping.

The home was beautiful. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The major drawback was that the home was listed as having three beds, but one of them was not really accessible for our party of three, seeing it was up in a loft that you could only access from a rolling ladder that none of us felt secure, climbing. So two of us had to share a bed, which was not the intention. The owner did say they would modify the listing based on our feedback, but it was too late for us. The home is in very close walking distance to many of the major attractions downtown and we love that it was in an historic neighborhood with a lot of very significant history.
