Built in 1917 w/ 11 ft. ceilings, it has been renovated & is tastefully decorated & equipped with everything needed to make your stay in Historic St. Augustine a remarkable experience. St. Augustine is a very walk able area and our distance to the Downtown area is less than a 10 minute walk, Trolley Stop located at the end of our street, 4 blocks North of Ripley's Believe it or Not (Believe it) and the City Gates, A few more blocks and you are at St. George street with many Restaurants and Shops. Castillo de San Marcos equally close proximity as well. Jan 8, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Location! The location could not be better. Once we checked in, we parked and didnt move the car. Easy walk to almost everywhere. The house is old, but comfy. Remember, that in an older house, you may feel a chill now and then and the wooden floors are cold in the morning. This is not a criticism, just an FYI if you've not lived in an older house before. The screened front porch was a nice outside space. Beautiful, historic town with so much to see and do, all within a short walk. Shopaholics (like me) will be in heaven; full buffet of boutique, art and antique shops.
