Spectacular ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. The St. Augustine Beach and Tennis Club features 2 large pools plus a private boardwalk to pristine St. Augustine Beach. Enjoy surfing, boogie boarding, parasailing, or just sunbathing steps from your door. The recently remodeled unit is beautifully decorated exotic global themes. The unit is fully stocked with linens, towels, beach towels, and even beach chairs. We provide dishes, silverware, and cookware. Just 2/10 of a mile away is the famous Oasis Restaurant. Two grocery stores are within 4/10 of a mile of the unit. Slightly farther away is historic downtown St. Augustine. The oldest city in America, St. Augustine has such attractions as the historic fort of Castillo de San Marco, the Lightner Museum, the oldest schoolhouse in America, the oldest jail, The Fountain of Youth, and the St. Augustine Lighthouse. Famous St. George walking street provides for shopping, history, and culinary delights all in one delightful package. A city for all seasons, St. Augustine is home to the Amphitheatre which hosts concerts and shows. I'm so glad we didn't though, because it was a great trip and a great place to stay! There was a slight hiccup where the parking lot had been flooded, but Jessica arranged for us to park at a neighbouring property that was just as convenient. The property itself was great for a family, as my kids had their own space and we had ours. It was close enough to the beach that you could pop down for 10 mins then go do something else. And the location was good - two large grocery stores within 5 minutes and only a 15 minute drive into St. Augustine when the day wasn't as beach friendly. I'd had loved to stay for longer and hope that I'll be able to again in the future. ##### Alex C. Was quick to reply to our questions. The unit was very nice. Comfortable bed. Balcony was spacious. View was wonderful. Yes its old decor but its clean and has what you need. The balcony is where Inspend most of my time and it is huge with views if poil and ocean. Laying on the master bed you can see the ocean! Enjoy very much the area visiting numerous places. The facility area is very nice. Think the unit needs the eyes of the owners. ##### Miguel M. They only left one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a visit for 4 people for a week. There were no trash bags. The instructions stated to leave a note on your car dash indicating that you were staying at this property and then get a parking permit the next day. However, the office was closed all weekend.
