The bedrooms are large and there are 3 bathrooms. Renovations to the back deck now provide access to the back yard, a large seating and eating area, and a BBQ. The view of the water is spectacular. The kitchen is reasonably equipped. Our only real complaint was that we all felt that the check in and out times are later/earlier than other properties we have rented. There was a group of 6 ladies celebrating one of our 60th birthdays. The place was spectacular. The pictures really do not do it justice. We were able in April to sit outside on the balcony with the beautiful sun shining down on us listening to the sound of the gentle waves. The bedrooms were large (2 bedrooms had King Sized beds and one bedroom had two double beds), and each had their own sitting areas. The kitchen was great in the morning to make coffee and a quick breakfast before we headed out for the day. It's right on Water Street, and we walked to the Algonquin in about 10 minutes to have dinner where we saw deer on every corner. I cannot praise this place more - definitely a find, and we will for sure book this place again and stay longer next time. The hostess also got right back to us when we had a request and went out of her way to ensure our surprise birthday celebration went off without a hitch. Loved loved this place. ##### Beth C. Located steps away from downtown St. Andrews we only used our car to visit tourist sites. The house is well appointed and clean. The views are stunning and each bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Our host was always quick to reply to any questions we had and we felt very welcome. On our next visit to St. Andrews we will definitely be booking into this wonderful property. ##### Sherman N.
