All flooring replaced with new carpets throughout. This is a very comfortable holiday home, located just 10 minutes walk from the town centre of St Andrews. The hotel quality beds are brand new zip and link beds and can be available as singles or superking doubles or any combination with comfortable mattress toppers, these beds are very supportive and comfortable with Egyptian cotton sheets from Next. There is a very nice garden area with a table and chairs for breakfasting and also a garden bench which gets the evening sun! The property is located around the corner from Morrisons supermarket and has a Marks and Spencer's just along the road as well. Broadband/WiFi is provided, gas central heating, 42 inch TV and DVD player and digital radio.
