« I mean I cannot recommend this place more than tell you that from the moment we arrived until the moment we left we left we were well taken care of. The bed in our double room was super comfortable, breakfast sumptuous and fresh with everything one may require, and also to suit all tastes from sweet to savory. The was even a pre Xmas choice of Polish traditional appetizers. The staff, especially the receptionists and the breakfast lady were absolutely amazing, showing care and professionalism...

« Staff were great. Food in restaurant were excellent. The property is located in the old town and blocks were set up at both entries of the town. We found out after carrying our luggages there that cars are able to get to the property at the back. There is no elevator and staff stored our luggages in the storeroom downstairs. »

"Chambre impeccable, très spacieuse et avec tout le confort nécessaire. Localisation parfaite à quelques pas de la place du Rynek. Présence de travaux à côté de l’immeuble mais tout semble fait par l’hôtel pour éviter les nuisances (et ça marche !). Rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel, j’y reviendrai sans hésiter."

"Very nice and helpful staff, especially at the reception and during breakfast. Fantastic breakfast with a great choice and excellent quality. Drinks (coffee, juice, water, etc.) are served at the table or available for self-service. Omelettes and pancakes can be ordered at the counter and are freshly served at the table. The location is very good: close to the central station and right on the edge of the downtown area. The swimming pool and gym are also nice. There are separate male and female saunas (the male sauna was unfortunately out of order during our stay). Room for improvement: The room cleaning schedule extends quite late (until around 5 pm). During our 3-night stay, the room was never cleaned because when we returned in the afternoon to rest, it still hadn’t been serviced."
