« This property is beautifully and thoughtfully designed to be a perfect rental. We had plenty for room for all 13 people to sleep comfortably, share the bathrooms, and gather in the living space. It was a bonus to enjoy the pond and the woods. It was an easy distance to travel to Penn State for graduation. Our hostess anticipated our needs and we lacked for nothing and everything was easy to find and clearly labeled. »

« This is a lovely property and there were only minor issues with cleanliness such as dead bugs and spider webs throughout the rental which leads me to believe it is not thoroughly cleaned regularly. My major concern was that the listing stated that the owners who live in the house above stay at one of their other properties when the downstairs apartment is booked. « One of our best friends is getting married in July. We decided to celebrate him with our closest friends. This location fit everyone comfortably, the house is very clean and has all the bells and whistles. The best part about the property is the location. This property is one of the most beautiful places/views that I have ever seen. Truly a wonderful experience and the hosts are easy to contact. We will definitely be coming back in the future. « Costly for what it is. At a hotel the bathroom is in same room, black out shades, more space, better beds with pillows and blankets, most places offer free breakfast all for less than $200. Thankful it was available but costly. Very quiet Very clean I would recommend 1 of bigger cabins for longer stays, seemed like a safe welcoming place to be. Thus would be 4 star overall review. »

Eventually, the sounds blend into the background but, some users may find this jarring upon arrival.
