Pool heating is $35 per day for short term stays under 60 nights.
Pool heater is $20 per day for long term stays 60 nights and beyond.

Luxurious & Completely remodeled Spring Hill home features an open floor plan with huge kitchen fully stocked for the long term and short term stays, Beautiful stainless steel appliances with Romantic LED lighting throughout the kitchen lights up the nights for comfort & enjoyment. Spacious bedrooms with ample closet space & TV's in each bedroom including the living room. Easy access to the swimming pool with a completely fenced in backyard for total privacy, Plenty of seating outside for swimming and grilling with the family!

Conveniently located to Weeki Wachee Springs State Park for Kayaking the 5-mile long crystal clear trail, natural sand-like beaches, Water slides, Live mermaid shows & Boat tours.

15 Minute drive to Pine Island Beach for family enjoyment on a beautiful beach with breathtaking Florida Sunsets.

The neighborhood:
Very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Home is located on ½ Acre of private land with lots of privacy, Beautiful pool with completely fenced in backyard for total privacy.

Getting around:
Our home is located near by plenty of shopping centers, If you need anything during your stay you are only 5 minutes away from a local shopping plaza with a grocery store, pizzerias, bars and just about everything you could ever need. Plaza also features a shopping mall. Five miles away from the local beaches, Famous Disney World is less than 45 minutes away and one of Florida’s most popular state springs Weeki-Wachee is just 5 minutes from the home where you can enjoy a variety of activities including mermaid shows, kayaking, water slides, and wildlife. Perfect home for the family or a couple to getaway.

Winter rate is based on two guests. Additional guests after two billed at $25 per person per night.

Belle propriété, très propre, la piscine chauffée est fantastique. À chaque fois que nous avions besoin de quoique ce soit Jacob répondait à l'appel. Jacob, un gros merci pour ton accueil et ta bienveillance! Je recommande cette propriété pour passer un séjour tranquille.

We came to Florida at the last minute and we found this house available to rent. And what a beautiful home it is!! Stefan put a lot of thought into what would be needed to make your stay a pleasant one. The kitchen is very well supplied with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. Stefan responds quickly with any questions you might have. This is a very nice neighborhood and has many stores and restaurants close by. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here!!

Great weekend spot

My family stayed here for the weekend while visiting my grandmother. This was a great little weekend spot. I have stayed in several vacation rentals and this one did several things better than most. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and snacks. The pillows on the beds were some of the most comfortable I have had. This is big for us as I travel with my pillow even to hotels because I assume they will have horrible pillows. While we didnt do any cooking this is the first plce I have seen provide hand towels in the kitchen, as someone who enjoys cooking this is one thing I have found missing in most rentals and I was pleasently surprised here. The pool was perfect for a lazy Saturday relaxing and floating. I will for sure check if this home is available next time I am in the area.

Surprise charges

The place looked amazing but after the initial excitement, some things were broken or in need of attention like light switches or ceiling fan loose on ceiling, batteries dead. The house looked clean but wasn't and the pool area was worse. But after paying and booking for the place, found an extra charge for heating the pool and to clean the grill or dishes if used. I was afraid to ask if there's an extra charge for using toilet paper. Overall, the manager did refund some charges as the pool wasn't heated and thanked me for addressing the issues for he said will be corrected for next person.

Wonderful Florida Haven

From the moment we walked in, we were delighted with the personal welcome and thoughtful (and delicious) treats. As foodies, we loved the coffee bar (!), the fully stocked kitchen and the outdoor grill. The house was beautifully decorated - we felt right at home. Centrally located to groceries, restaurants .. and don't miss the Suncoast dinner theater 20 minutes away!

Family Time!

The home was comfortable, clean, well stocked, and inviting. Conveniently close to Weeki Watchi for family outing and breakfast with Santa Claus. Heated pool was lovely and well maintained. For a stay in Spring Hill, we would definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

Well stocked house with lovely, clean pool in lanai

Stayed here due to proximity to family. Kitchen and baths better stocked than anywhere we’ve ever stayed. Nice basket with wine and snacks! Enjoyed pool with grandson. Host obviously cares about house and guests.
