This unique property is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood with peaceful and serene vibes. The home is a two-story, 3,000+ sq. ft., open floor plan which creates the perfect free-flowing entertainment space, from the kitchen to the living room, and into the dining room with triple-panel sliding doors that opens right to the outdoor sun, fun and backyard paradise. Four bedrooms, a bunk room and 3 bathrooms provide comfortable accommodations for up to 14 guests. We completed our renovation in early 2022, including a remodeled kitchen, bathrooms, new flooring, new fireplace , new lighting and fixtures, new furniture and much more! Every detail was carefully planned to make this the ultimate vacation getaway for groups and families to enjoy! From the moment you enter our home, you will enjoy what makes our Spring Hill Paradise property so tranquil and inviting. Guests can enjoy all of what our property has to offer from lying in the sun to swimming, playing games or getting creative in the detached play-house, lounging in the hot tub or on a pool floaty in the lazy river, or playing lawn games in the large backyard. This oasis has it all! If you have a desire to stay inside the home during the day or evening there are various games and experiences for family fun. Looking for a movie night? Relax on the large sectional sofa and enjoy a show on the new 65-in TV with access to Netflix and all other major streaming apps. Itching for some adventure? Try finding 25 different mushrooms hidden throughout the house. Find them all to win special prizes! Looking for a slumber party? Retreat to the bunk room upstairs for a glow-in-the-dark and neon-light experience – or throw on a tiara and bask in the princess lounge. Our one-of-a-kind resort style pool features a zero/beach entry, a lazy-river, a tube slide, an outdoor shower, and a bridge leading to the elevated heat spa (hot tub) island with waterfalls tumbling over beautiful rocks into the spectacular pool. The pool is not heated but the spa is. Cooking and entertaining are seamless in the newly remodeled chef's kitchen, featuring brand new stainless appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with endless chef's cookware, gadgets and small appliances, including a toaster, coffee maker, air fryer, rice cooker, blender, etc. In addition, guests have access to the stainless grill located by the pool and outdoor dining with seating for 6 at one table and seating for 3 at the bar table. The kitchen has 6 seats at the dining nook, the formal dining room seats 8 and there is bar seating for another 3 people. Continuous flow to the dining room and into a pool table/game room makes for an ideal entertainment space. Want to eat outside? Step through the sliding doors and dine outside at your own tropical oasis! Just off the kitchen is a laundry room, complete with 2 washers and 2 dryers. The large and luxurious master bedroom offers tons of space and natural light! The newly remodeled bathroom features all new fixtures, a deep soaking tub, over-sized shower, extra counter and cabinet space, excellent lighting and mirror with a double-sink vanity. There are three additional beautifully appointed guest bedrooms on the second floor along with a separate newly-remodeled hall bathroom to share. All guest rooms feature queen-sized beds, luxury bedding, tropical inspired artwork and comfortable floor space for circulation. Kids of all ages will enjoy relaxing in the 2nd floor bunk room, complete with 2 sets of twin sized bunk beds. This special bedroom is the perfect space for kids to explore, build forts, use their imagination and create life-long memories. Windows on each side of this space bring in beautiful natural light but can be closed off with blackout blinds. This room features a glow-in-the-dark and neon-light experience, and is complimented by a princess lounge. This room is equipped with a TV and has Netflix and other major streaming options for your pleasure! This tropical paradise is outdoor living at its finest! The over-sized yard provides space for a variety of games and sports activities. There are plenty of seating areas including 2 comfortable lounge chairs and a cabana-style daybed, sectional sofa on the lanai, 2 umbrella-topped dining table with 6 chairs, and a fire pit with additional beach chairs to be used. Off to the side-yard is an additional ‘play-house’ structure with a game room below (with basketball and foosball) and a Moana inspired play/lounge room upstairs. The house's maximum capacity is 14 guests. Small gatherings or family-style events MAY be allowed on a case-by-case basis (for an additional fee, and with prior approval). The property is best suited for up to 8 adults and up to 6 children. Outside from the house, Spring Hill is located on the Nature Coast of Florida where you will find an assortment of unique adventures to create the ultimate family vacation! Our main attraction that put us on the map back in 1947 was Weeki Wachee Spring State Park, The city of live mermaids. The park is still open 7 days a week and 365 days a year! Weeki Wachee Springs is a 1st Magnitude Spring and the only one of its kind in North America. Enjoy the live Mermaid shows, water slides or take a kayak down the river or with a guided tour. Pack a picnic and stop at Rodgers Park, where you will see the occasional manatee and frolic in the crystal-clear waters of the Weeki Wachee River. Want to take a hike? Enjoy the many nature walks at Weeki Wachee Preserves. Here you will see an array of animal species and crystal blue quarry lakes. For local shopping and dining, be sure to check out historic downtown Brooksville. Not only will you find sweet southern treats and meals, but you will also experience the history of the town. The Hernando Heritage Museum, the 1895 Train Depot, and the Countryman One Room Schoolhouse all offer daily tours. We loved being able to eat breakfast by the pool and enjoy some evening swims. CONS: could use some updating (pool toys, make water slide a bit more accessible, get rid of grills that are not in working order). My daughter rented a crib, high chair and bed rail from another source because we did not see those things listed in amenities. Overall, we fully enjoyed our time there. We spent an afternoon at Honeymoon Beach and a morning at Weeki Wachee park, which was mostly under renovations, so all we got to see was the mermaid show. It seemed like anything activity wise, was at least an hour drive, other than Honeymoon beach and Weeki Wachee park.Overall, we totally enjoyed out stay! Everything you need was there. 5 bedrooms with 2 full baths was a little tough but we made it work. Got there and open the grills to cook dinner and the grills were so gross. Manager took care of it right away with a new grill delivered at night, but that should have been taken care of before we got there. Some confusing moments with pool and spa, but after a couple calls to manager we finnally figure it out. Said 2 washers and one didn’t work. And Kids game room outside was terrible. Needs a good clean up.Outside sold us to rent this place and it was great but needs a little help. Screen door should be replaced outside and the rest of the area needs a little cosmetic help. Overall place was nice. I would recommend it, but just needs a little fixing here and there. ##### Michael B. The property was exactly what my family needed. A place to get away that had a pool that entertained for days. We never felt like we had to go places we just disconnected from reality and enjoyed each other. There are plenty of things close by to do but with this house no pressure to have to do them. We stayed at the house with two other families and 6 kids. It is equipped with everything you need and the outdoor space was a huge hit with everyone. I think the kids swam every day for atleast 5 hours! The house was extremely clean, plenty of space and communication was easy and smooth. We drove up with our family, my brother flew in with his family and our parents showed up later that day for surprise of a lifetime for our mother! We ranged in age from 8-76 years old and it's hard to keep everyone entertained, but not in this house! Not only was it clean, it was stocked and tons of fun things to do together as a family! The kids room was amazing, with lots of things to do for the younger kids, the pool table kept everyone busy and the pool was relaxing, fun and perfect for a fun family activity! We literally never left the house! I highly recommend this getaway, the owners where extremely responsive, before our stay as well as while we where there, plus their hospitality was above and beyond! First and foremost, DO NOT take to heart when any other review speaks about a “dirty pool!” This place is a tropical escape surrounded by palm trees, bushes, and landscaping of all types, as it adds to the beauty of this paradise! Leaves and other vegetation will eventually fall into the pool, no matter how many times you clean up! Ok, now that we have solved that, do not, and I mean DO NOT pass by this listing without making your reservation! We did not know if the photos would do this home justice? Trust me, it absolutely has! We couldn’t have been happier to have stayed for the 5 nights and 6 days that we were there! Every amenity a house has to offer, was provided. I could spend an hour talking about EVERYTHING that was perfect! Ok, just let me mention a couple…plenty of towels, dishware, cable, apps, toiletries, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture, 2 washers & dryers…the list goes on and on! Were the hosts accommodating you ask? 4 hours after our arrival, the air conditioning on the first floor was not working. We called Larry and within an hour a tech was there to repair it. By 9:30 that night, our AC was blasting! Really, if you want everything that a vacation home has to offer, especially if you need 5 bedrooms, your search ends here!! Our first encounter with VRBO, and thanks to our wonderful hosts, we will be using their services more!!! Our thanks again to Larry and his wife!!! 👏👏👏 ##### William G. Upon arrive the hosts were great getting us the information how to get into the property, what appliances they had for us to make a grocery haul before hand. When we arrived, the house was beautiful, our youngest had a blast doing the mushroom hunt and putting the pin into the safe, loved the pool, the tree house and all the games. Our older children loved playing pool, the yard games and enjoying time by the pool. (We stayed at the coldest days in Florida) We had our family(family of 6) , my mom, dad and my mother in law all there in the house, there was plenty of room and loved that there was a table to fit us all to eat. The kids room is over the top awesome. We cooked in the kitchen every day. It is outfitted with everything you could want. During our stay the heating for the hot tub was not working but the host compensated us for the issue since it could not be fixed on a holiday weekend. We were very happy with our stay at this house. We were a group of 10 ranging in age from 10 to 75 and the house was perfect for our group. The kids loved the bunk room, outside game room, pool table and of course the pool the most. The was plenty of room for the adults to spread out both inside and outside which was nice as well. The cupboards and drawers in the kitchen were well stocked with anything we needed, two washers and dryers allowed us to keep all the pool towels dry and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the house was tidy and clean. Our local hosts, Larry and Denise, were very responsive and help resolved a few minor issues and even had a clothes iron delivered when we couldn't find one at the house. I highly recommend this property to everyone and we would happily stay here again if we're in Spring Hill again. ##### Hank H. There is no reason to leave. Relax and enjoy the wonderful pool with slide and hot tub. Play outdoor games. The home is beautifully decorated with every detail to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen had everything you will need. We came with our adult children for my mother in laws 90th birthday. She lives close to this property, and it was so much better than getting hotel rooms.
