Enjoy the company of deer, hummingbirds, raccoons, and more, all thriving in their natural habitat. Located just off Highway 281 in the Hill Country, you're in prime position to experience the best of Texas! Whether it's tubing the river, exploring Schlitterbahn, antiquing in Wimberley, or enjoying a day trip to Austin or San Antonio (each about an hour away), this spot has it all. Plus, conveniences like H-E-B and Walmart are only five minutes from the property. We also have three other homes available for rent on the property, so bring friends or family to make it a memorable group getaway! Key Details: \*Rental agreement required after booking. \*Pond access: It's best to drive from the tiny house – the terrain is hilly! (Check the property map for directions.) \*Star-gazing haven: Our tiny home is positioned to the north, offering stunning views of the dark sky and the iconic Twin Sisters. Mornings on the porch are perfect for coffee, while evenings bring breathtaking sunsets. \*Construction note: We are currently building a container barn nearby, so you may see some signs of construction. About the House: At 300 sq ft, this cozy tiny house offers a small bedroom with a queen bed and a fun loft for kids, featuring two double beds (loft height: 3ft). The kitchen is equipped with a small stove, microwave, fridge, and basic cooking essentials. The living/dining area has a table and a couch for meals and relaxation. Sleeps up to 6 (extra fee after 2 guests). Parking for one vehicle. The driveway is steep but partially paved. Not wheelchair accessible: There is gravel and stairs to reach the entrance. Explore the Area: We are always available via text to assist with any questions or concerns. Located just minutes from Canyon Lake, you can enjoy boating, watercraft rentals, tubing, and fishing on the Guadalupe River. A quick 25-minute drive will take you to New Braunfels or Gruene, where you’ll find fine dining, shopping, wine tasting, and of course, the famous Schlitterbahn Water Park. Nearby Attractions: 30 min to Canyon Lake Marina (for stunning sunsets) 28 min to Overlook Park at Canyon Lake Dam (hiking and swimming) 25 min to Canyon Lake Gorge 30 min to Whitewater Amphitheater (outdoor concerts) 40 min to Wimberley (shopping) 28 min to Gruene Hall (the oldest dance hall in Texas) 30 min to Schlitterbahn Water Park There’s another tiny home on the property, located 75 yards away, and the driveway is shared. We had such a nice, relaxing time in this property. It was equipped with the essentials needed for the time that we were there. We enjoyed watching movies after a long day out in the heat. The house was very clean and you can tell the owners take pride and making sure their guests feel welcomed. The entrance to the property is very steep, thank goodness we had no problems getting there. We enjoyed the does and deer that strolled around the property.
