Upon arriving my oldest daughter was sitting in the car on her phone and happened to look up to see a little boy and his mother getting ready to go into the pool the little boy pointed at her the ground and then acted as if he was slitting his throat. It seemed as if we where not welcome not by the staff they were more than nice and welcoming it was the other guest. My kids were outside and would wave at the other kids the kids would just look at them their parents was scream and tell them to come back. The entire thing was uncomfortable. The place we were staying was not up to date and was not clean but we could have dealt with that it was just everything else on top of that. We left early and I feel like I almost just wasted almost $300\.
