Upon booking, each guest will have their own unique access codes to the main door and their separate apartment door that are only good for the duration of their stay. Therefore if you do find anything that looks like sand when you first arrive, it has fallen after our cleaning team had a chance to sweep it up. But don\`t worry! The space is modern with a great kitchen to gather in at the beginning and end of the day. It was perfect for a party of 5\. Downtown Spokane is wonderful, Covid took some liveliness out of the city during our stay but there are many beautiful places to visit in the vicinity. ##### Steve B. The area in which the property was in Spokane was very dirty much like the rest of the downtown area. There were also people injecting needles on the street just a hundred feet down the street. Nov 22, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Excellent downtown location This loft apartment is in downtown Spokane, and if you are looking for a place downtown, this is a great option. It is within walking distance of great restaurants, the river, and other downtown locations. That said, it’s also on a pretty gritty street. Everything about the apartment is as shown in the photos and descriptions. It is well set up, has great bathrooms, mattresses, heat, and a nice kitchen. It was also very quiet, considering the location. Communication, and check-in all went very well. The only downside, is that secure parking is several blocks away, which is not always super convenient. The parking was also fairly expensive. We did not stay due to feeling unsafe and other things, but the owner was great and refunded us some of our money right away. I feel back not leaving total positives because it is not the owners fault, it is just the area.
