This property is located just 1/2 block to the west of the Riva, so it's very convenient to get into the old city, everything is walkable. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable and, if the weather is nice, make sure to spend some time up on the rooftop veranda. The view and the atmosphere make it well worth it. The communication prior to check-in was fantastic, very informative, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Split’s Old Town, within walking distance of everything. Ana was incredibly helpful and kind, even carrying my heavy luggage up to the third floor. The only downside is that there is no elevator, but that’s understandable given the historic building and its location. The balcony offered a spectacular ocean view! I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

The best part of P7 is the location. Just inside the walls so everything is super convenient. Ana is also a gem. She is very helpful and attentive. As a person with Parkinson’s there are definitely some challenges but not a show stopper. The 67 steps to get to the room got a little tedious but was ok. One thing to be aware of is there are many stairs throughout Split and very few had handrails. In my case a walking stick was absolutely necessary.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is very central and close to everything. We loved the balcony with a nice view overlooking the streets and a view of the water. Front desk is only certain hours, but Ana the host was amazing and so responsive. We had a situation and needed her assistance with a key, and she was immediately able to help us which we greatly appeciated! Only feedback would be the wifi was not great in the room. However, we would happily stay again!

We had a fantastic short stay at Procurator 7. The room was very well presented all the utilities you could need. Situated in the old town, everything was only a few minutes walk away. The coast, local restaurants and Diocletian's palace was on our door step! Ana was very helpful and friendly throughout. Would recommend
