It also has a spacious 20 m2 patio with table and chairs and two air-conditioning units. It's located in an ideal location: just one minute walking to the Marmontova street, two minutes walking to the Diocletians Palace and three minutes walking to the Split promenade. \*\*\*\* About the apartment: Apartment is located on the ground floor of the traditional Dalmatian residential house in the very center of Split. To see the majority of attractions located within walking range of the apartment, please browse through photos. Despite being close to all events it's in a residential area with good sound isolation, so there's no excessive noise. Apartment is fully air-conditioned with an air-condition unit in both the living room and bedroom. In the living room you can pamper your senses with a smart 58“ LED TV with ambilight and cable channels. Living room has comfortable sofa bed which can pull out for two people to sleep. Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, toaster and a big fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal. Bedroom has a cozy double bed, wardrobe and working table. Bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hair dryer. All equipment in the apartment - air conditioning, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi internet, iron and ironing board, clean bedclothes, big soft towels & more are included free of charge. Baby cot can be provided for free, please contact in advance. For your safety, the apartment is equipped with a first aid kit. Beautifully designed and at the top location, it's a better alternative to a hotel. As apartment is located in the center of Split the parking place is not provided, but you can find free parking in the street, or nearby streets usually within just few minutes of walking. Paid parking is just 100m away. \*\*\*\* The Neighbourhood: Apartment is located at the ideal location in the center of Split, just three minutes walking to the Split seafront. Right near is also the famous Diocletians Palace, which is the best preserved Roman palace in the world. Neighborhood is residential so there's no excessive noise. The city part where the apartment is located is within walking range of virtually everything worth visiting in Split: restaurants, coffee bars, green market, fish market, shops, tourist bureau, famous city seafront... all within 1 to 10 minutes walking. Well known Split sandy beach Bacvice is within 15 minutes walking. \*\*\*\* Getting around: Bus station is within one minute walking. Grocery store is right across the house. Ferry port, train, taxi and regional bus station are all within 10 minutes walking. \*\*\*\* Interaction with guests: If you need anything I'm here to help.
