"We absolutely loved this home! It’s incredibly charming and thoughtfully set up. We actually live in the neighborhood and booked it for my mom—and the fact that it’s pet-friendly was a huge plus. Everything is clearly labeled, the beds are very comfortable, and the canal view is beautiful. We especially enjoyed the cute tiki hut and spending time fishing. Highly recommend—owners were super responsive and easy to work with!"

"We arrived at midnight after being up 17-18 hours to find a wonderfully inviting, well kept, welcoming home. Every detail to make one’s stay the optimum experience was done. The home has a relaxing setting and provides a beautiful pool, hot tub, pickleball court and many comfortable chairs to enjoy the views.The beds and indoor furniture is so cozy. The hostess responds promptly for any questions about the house and also is willing to give excellent suggestions for delicious restaurants.A thoroughly wonderful home!!!"

"This is the third year in a row that we booked an extended stayed at this peaceful property on Sunnybrook....,.need I say more? Everything about this property is wonderful. Five stars across the board. We especially like sitting on the screened in porch that overlooks the water and enjoying our morning coffee, and watching the fish jumping. This year we saw dolphins and a manatee in the canal next to the house. We will be back.Dave and Mary P. "

"What a terrific place!! Pictures don't really do it justice. The interior was freshly remodeled and beautifully finished. Pool and patio were very inviting, but we spent most of our time on the dock. Probably 20 hours spent on the bay fishing, sunning, listening to music. it was awesome. My daughter probably caught 30 fish right off the back yard. Including trout, sail cats and even a stingray!! Ha...we released it, but it was a terrific rod-bender.Thanks Jackie!!"

Nature around is amazing...we had our kayak for swimming in ocean, Crystal River with manatees, monkey island.... "Still quite a bit of hurricane damage, but repairs are coming along. Pool was very nice and condo was immaculate. Didn’t have a corkscrew, but we bought one and left it for future renters. Second stay in the complex. Enjoy the solitude. "
