"Staff was amazing, but property was terrible inside and outside..pool was closed most of the stay and when finally open ice cold..they are in middle of remodeling so half stuff didn't work, drains didn't drain, found rusty nails in pool area, put us all in the wrong rooms, took about 2 hours to finally find a room that we rented 2 months ago..terrible terrible place"

"I booked 2 days and the 2nd night, my partner and I had to work 3rd shift, so I requested a late check out of 1pm and told that would not be an issue. I received a call at 11:45 AM from the management telling me it wasn't ok and if I wasn't out by 12:30 I'd be charged. I'm a disabled full time wheelchair user, so it takes me a long time to get ready. So, I had to wake my partner up and we had to find a way to basically do the impossible or be charged even though the staff made the mistake and not us. I had planned on coming back due to the property and location being good but I doubt that will happen now. Extremely extremely unprofessional and rude. Absolutely and unequivocally unacceptable behavior from any hospitality business."

The property is clean and well maintained, the rooms are just right - everything you need and nothing you don't. It has the vibe of courtesy and relaxed competence. All good, and at a fair price. All Good! We were as pleased as punch!"

"The wild goose and was beyond what I ever imagined it was such a nice quiet quaint place to take a nice break and just relax I got to enjoy it with my girlfriend for my birthday Al was amazing and as was the young gentleman that made my breakfast in the morning Paul maybe? I woke up at 6am from a random alarm on accident my fault. I'm terrible with names in the morning unfortunately but they were both so friendly and amazing and Yogi the dog was awesome. But not only were the rooms amazingly decorated and warm and comforting the entire house is. The rooms were clean and Beyond comfortable, the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. The Wi-Fi speeds were also amazing and the jacuzzi in the winter Eden room was beautiful with the sky lighting in jacuzzi tub lights and as was the breakfast in the morning I took many photos and will be returning back there soon for sure. It was honestly the best birthday of my life thank you Wild Goose Inn!!"
