Tucked away in the Shinnecock Hills region of Southampton. Minutes from beaches and town. 1,000 sf Great Room combines high ceilings, tons of natural light, dining alcove, island, quality appliances, large living room, home automation and modern technology. Home theater can seat 10 (or sleep 3 comfortably), pool with overflow waterfall 8x8 hot tub, 900 sf deck with 6 burner Weber gas grill, 1GB high-speed internet and so much more. Two sets of washers and dryers. Perfect for an intimate family gathering.  
  
Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors on every floor with automated connection to central alarm station in case of activation.  
  
This beautifully designed home with 3,800 square feet on 3 levels is rarely available for rent. Enjoy the massive gourmet kitchen with island and great room with soaring 12 ft ceilings, 75 inch Samsung 4K flat screen featuring surround sound - while friends and loved one's relax on the mahogany deck with comfortable Restoration Hardware outdoor L-shaped sofa overlooking the lush backyard.  
  
Fully finished lower level with full bath, luxurious home theater with 106 inch screen and 10 piece u-shaped super plush Restoration Hardware sectional, playroom for children (another 75 inch flat screen, X-Box, Nintendo, small home gym with top line elliptical, free weights, bars) and more leading to the sprawling yard and hot tub spa that overflows into the pool. Two sets of washers and dryers.  
  
The interior of the home and outdoor spaces are well furnished and appointed with eight zone central music system, six burner outdoor Weber grill, Nest thermostats, Lutron lighting, Ring cameras surround the property, Restoration Hardware furnishings and so much more. All of this in a convenient Southampton location, just 8 minutes to SH Village, 10 minutes to ocean beaches and less than 90-minute drive from NYC. Park multiple cars in the driveway. You may never want to leave.  
  
Everything in the house and on the property is top notch and the owner (while in NYC much of the week) spends most weekends in Southampton with their children, friends and family. Feels like home - and definitely NOT like a rental property.
