"It's a very low-key, quiet resort setting with a terrific beach, nice pool and tennis courts. This unit was very well appointed, with an updated feel, and nice decor. Amagansett and Montauk town centers are both short 10-15 minute drives but feel closer. If you want to stay all day at the resort, you can grab your favorite beach meal at one of the two walkable clam shacks just past the front entrance. This was our second stay at Ocean Colony and this particular unit made our second stay...

"The accommodation was extremely old like 1970 and hadn’t been renovated since then. Old discusting furniture. They said queen bed only full. The steps and hallway outside was littered with crumbs and crackers. Bags of garbage were outside. The beach was best part from what I could.l see The pool was small and very old. The steps down to the beachwere creepy and many. There are much better motels for less money in the area. Not a place for seniors or anyone with handicaps. "

"We love everything about this place. This was our 2nd time staying here and plan on coming back. The kitchen was redone and is beautiful. The location is perfect. It's close to the restaurants and shops in Montauk and Amagansett. The back deck is so roomy and comfortable. Sitting out there, listening to the ocean is heaven. We highly recommend this. "
