This stunning two-bedroom apartment is located on the middle floor and boasts ducted air conditioning, lift access, and a single underground parking space (2.1m high clearance). The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area flows seamlessly onto a balcony with views of Horseshoe Bay headland, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing with a gas BBQ. High-quality fixtures and fittings enhance the space, along with a flat-screen TV and DVD player for your entertainment. The main bedroom features an ensuite, while the laundry is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Park your car and enjoy the convenience of walking to everything South West Rocks has to offer, from beaches and shops to local cafes and restaurants. Please Note: 'Waterford 5' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released. Linen is supplied in this holiday letting.
