### Spacious sun filled home

High 5 has been carefully appointed to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable and refreshing holiday.  
  
The open plan beach house offers ocean views, sea breezes and the gentle sounds of the ocean at night.  
  
Inside you will find a large living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. There is an additional family room/teenager retreat with a kitchenette including a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Both living areas have Smart TVs and comfortable lounges. Split-system air-conditioning in all living areas ensures that you will be cool in Summer and warm in Winter.  
  
The ensuite to the master bedroom offers a large bath. Bedroom 2 also has an ensuite and the large main bathroom has a separate toilet. Both main bedrooms have split-system air conditioning.  
  
Other features include WiFi, full laundry with washing machine and dryer and built-ins in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The large double lock up garage and space on the double driveway ensures ample parking space.  
  
Please Note: 'High 5' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.  
  
Linen is supplied in this holiday letting. You will need to provide your own toilet paper, soap and dishwashing liquid etc.

South West Rocks boasts eight stunning white sandy beaches, making it a haven for beach lovers, or if being under water is your thing, enjoy some of Australia’s best scuba diving spots. The town is also home to a modern Country Club with bowling greens, tennis courts, and an 18-hole golf course, as well as . Within the Arakoon State Recreation Area, you'll find the historic Trial Bay Gaol.
