Well-maintained, it features its own laundry and off-street parking for convenience. The new owners have added air conditioning for comfort and created a fantastic BBQ area out back—it's definitely worth checking out! With thoughtful amenities like a dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine, this flat offers a comfortable and easy stay. Please Note: 'Mariner 16 Flat 2' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released. Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting so you will need to bring your own-sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.
