It’s also a convenient 350-metre stroll to the nearby Country Club, making it perfect for those who enjoy social outings or a round of golf. The home is well-equipped with two TVs, a microwave, a washing machine, and a clothes dryer. The rear balcony, complete with a gas BBQ, overlooks a sunny, fully fenced yard with side access for a small boat. Inside, the renovated bathroom adds a fresh, modern touch. No garage available. The drive offers room for boat parking and a car. Pet-friendly for one small outdoor dog, this home also features air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a covered outdoor area, making it a comfortable and practical retreat in a quiet, convenient location. Please Note: 'Charlie's Place' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released. All fully fenced for your fury friend.Only small issue was the BBQ needed a good clean so did not use, but I understand that this should be up to whoever used it prior, to clean after using.
