"Toilet didn't flush and didn't have Ac for 2 of 3 nights until they finally showed up and determined that the AC was actually broke. Then I was finally moved to another room with working with ac The first day when the toilet wouldn't flush properly I called the front desk to see if they had any off hours maintenance man that could try to clear it and was simply met with "I can make a not for them to look at it tomorrow" I asked if anyone could check it out that afternoon and was simply told "no" lol. not sure why this place is highly rated. Don't believe all the ratings."
