"The property was clean. Not exceptional. Staff helpful. Breakfast not the greatest. The stay was nice but for the price they need to upgrade. Carpet definitely needs to be changed."

"PROS: The staff at this location was AMAZINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG... 😁 From the ladies at the front desk (day and night shift) to Ms. Que (Housekeeping) Mr. James Coleman(GM), Meka (Housekeeper on my floor), to the staff members in the breakfast area. .When I tell you these people went above and beyond, particularly Ms. Meka and Mr. James- they definitely have a heart for customer service and compassion. It felt wonderful to be in an establishment where every staff member that I encounter made me feel seen, and appreciated. This is truly a place where the staff left an impactful impression on me. The breakfast food was good and it is in an amazing location near great stores and plazas. CONS: Although the staff was amazing, the room that I had was another story. The headboard had visible stains on it. The sofa had visible stains on it, along with the light fixture. The carpet did have stains and appeared to not have had been cleaned in a while. The bathroom shower looked very dated. The APPs on the TV did not work. I informed the staff about it, but it was never fixed. The closet door was broke and off it's hinges, but I didn't know until it almost hit me in my head. The room was very "dated". I did ask for another room but due to the hotel been fully booked for the week, we were not able to switch. I made due with what we had and cleaned / disinfect what we could. However, I will not be returning this location. I was very disappointed ."

"The Wi-Fi connection is terrible it would not hold a connection for longer than about 10 minutes and then would disconnect. The hot water is non-existent on the third floor - I let it run for more than 15 minutes and it still was barely lukewarm. The room was clean, but the hallways are dark and have a strange smell (maybe some type of cleaner). The bathroom tubs are not really practical for someone who needs assistance in and out of the shower - the grab bars are not in the right location or they need more than one."

"Room was dirty, dinged-up, rough, dingy lighting. Basic as could be. He electronic door lock on the room door took up to 25 passes of the card to open. Front desk said, "you may have to try it a lot before it works..." No further assistance offered. Encountered employees not friendly or helpful. Would NEVER go back to this property; avoid like the plague..."
