Der Standort des Appartements war im Allgemeinen sehr ungünstig, da die Einheimischen Anwohner angrenzend ans Appartement, jeden Tag auf den Straßen sehr laute Musik abgespielt haben und das bis spät in die Nacht hinein. Außerdem muss noch Negativ erwähnt werden, dass die Türen vom Kleiderschrank und auch die Schiebeanlage vom Balkon defekt waren. Positiv muss erwähnt werden, dass die Zimmer ordentlich und sauber waren, alle Küchengeräte ohne Probleme funktioniert haben und das Personal im Appartement und auch in der kompletten Anlage, mega freundlich und auch sehr hilfsbereit waren. Ebenfalls war auch die 24/7 Überwachung durch Security Mitarbeiter des Appartements tadellos und man fühlte sich zu jeder Zeit sicher in der Anlage. Die Anlage war auch sehr gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Der Pool war schön groß, sauber und hat förmig zum Schwimmen eingeladen.
