My Happy Place Somerset Dam

Located in Somerset Village and backing on to bushland, this home is the perfect place to relax after a long day on the water with ample and safe parking for your boat.
Come home and sit on the large deck, cook on the BBQ while watching the Big Screen Projector and have a quiet game of Pool.
There is plenty of space for all the family. The adults can enjoy the air conditioned lounge room with TV and DVD Player while the kids can retreat to their own space to watch a movie or play games on the TV in the Bunk Room. (Board Games, PS3 & Wii included)

1 x King Bed Room with Ensuite
2 x Queen Bed Rooms
4 x Single Beds in The Bunk Room

Linen, Doonas, Pillows and Towels are provided
Body Wash and Shampoo & Conditioner in both bathrooms

Kitchen is fully equipped with Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher as well as Sandwich Press, Rice Cooker, Slow Cooker, Electric Wok, Blender and Toaster.

Basic Pantry items are also included for your convenience.

No need to have to park on the street there is plenty of room to park your boat and car in the driveway and extra cars beside the shed or in front of the house.
