Lovely genuinely attentive staff. Bathroom a bit basic. amazing views, great restaurants. Big Spa but no staff checking for used towels, (lack of) cups for water.

Lovely staff always keen to help. The hotel team arranged everything to get us out onto the slopes first thing despite us arriving at the hotel late. We had ski hire lessons and lift passes arranged by the team on reception. With a ski hire shop on the lower ground floor and taxi shuttle to the gondola this made everything so easy and quick! Special thanks to Christian for his attention to detail and ensuring we had everything we needed. Thank you and the whole piolets team for a wonderful stay. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Fantastic weekend!

From the arrange pick up at the airport to our departure this was a fantastic stay. The staff is genuinely welcoming and makes you fell special from the moment you walk through the door. They've understood the difference between service only and service with hospitality. From the receptionist to the sommelier via the bell boy to the restaurant and bar staff - we can highly recommend this hotel and we thank you all for a great stay!

4/10 Poor

Prior to booking I emailed the hotel as regards parking for two motorbikes. I was assured there would be plenty of space and the parking for one one night would be free. As such I booked. On checking in I was told a double room had been prepared. I stated I had booked a twin room. Seeing as I was travelling with a male friend I was not happy. The receptionist told me they would try and sort it! Eventually it was sorted after some delay and reception not really seeming to care! Food and drinks were very expensive at the hotel. On checking out the hotel then charged me for 2 x parking (for motorbikes) despite them saying it was free. I stayed at this hotel hoping it would be a good base for me to return to with my wife for a ski holiday in 2027 - but based on the appalling carelessness attitude of staff I very much doubt that will happen. Overall it’s the poor staff that ruined this stay.

Really nice hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Friendly staff and great location for skiing in Soldeu. Breakfast and dinner buffet included in half board were fantastic. The hotel offers a shuttle bus that takes you to the Gondola and back. Really convenient. The kids club is fantastic. The SPA is also great but here is my only negative feedback. They charge you quite a lot of money to access the pool. I believe access to this facility should be included in the price.

Everything was fantastic! The staff was very attentive and kind. The rooms were lovely, the food in both a la card restaurants was delicious and the spa was superb. We enjoyed 2 very professional full body massages. The gym was also very good. Would love to come back some time in winter for some skiing.
