Charming duplex on golf course.

Our duplex is located in the middle of nature, in the urbanization of the golf course of Sojuela. A place surrounded by mountains, where you can enjoy the tranquility and wonderful views. Due to its location, just 20 km from Logroño, it is a perfect place to visit La Rioja.
It has 3 double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom on the first floor and two more rooms on the ground floor. It also has a sofa bed for two people in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, toaster, juicer, capsule coffee machine and all the necessary utensils so you can cook like at home.

La casa se encontraba en perfecto estado con todos los servicios necesarios. La zona es muy tranquila ya que se trata de una urbanización cervana a un campo de golf. En 25 minutos de coche estás en el centro de Logroño. Recomendable!

Muy buena experiencia
La casa es muy cómoda y amplia. Más aún de lo que reflejan las fotos. El estado y limpieza es excelente. Está situada a 20 min de Logroño y especialmente bien ubicada, cerca de las autovías/autopistas para conocer toda la Rioja o incluso fuera, como hicimos nosotros. Al ir en verano, agradecimos especialmente que se notaran menos las temperaturas altas. También las vistas al campo de golf y la tranquilidad absoluta. Irene es encantadora. Además de darnos toda la información de la zona que necesitamos, dónde ir, qué ver y dónde comer, también nos orientó con una visita médica que tuvimos que hacer. Trato más que agradable.

Excelente apartamento super completo. Muy bonito por dentro. Zona muy tranquila. El apartamento se sitúa en una calle sin salida. Es casi el último apartamento de la calle. Pasa la furgoneta del panadero por la puerta. Todo muy limpio y la inquilina super amable y atenta. La calefacción funciona a la perfección y está todo muy bien aislado por lo cual no se nota nada el frío. Ninguna pega. A 10 minutos de Entrena y 20 minutos de Logroño. Buena carretera. Volvería a alquilarlo sin ninguna duda. Muy recomendable.
