Restaurant food was pretty ordinary, not a great dealof choice , small serves and expensive Hotel is next to church , Loud chiming of bells start at 4 pm every morning for an hour followed by service which ix broadcast on Loud speaker this hsppe s 3 times s dsy

Stylish but Lacking
We celebrated our son's 9th birthday in a family suite room. The design of the room is stylish but there are several elements that are off-ish trying to embody a theme that is hard to figure. A letdown for me was the internet speed and its stability. The wifi comes and goes and would require multiple reconnections. For a price of $70, I was hoping for a stable connection at the minimum. Another setback is the miscommunication. Before I made the booking, I communicated with the hotel's manager and was informed that the suite is a four-pax room and includes four breakfasts. Upon check-in I was disappointed when the front officer informed me breakfast is not included as the restaurant is under renovation and that I need to pay an additional $18 for the fourth adult. Take note that we are three adults and one child, and offer on their websites states that family room is good for four adults. Pricing is the same regardless of the number of pax on their booking website. It took us more than 30 minutes to resolve everything but still no resolution for the breakfast which was really frustrating. Strange when the manager herself is unsure of the hotel's operations which is really huge disappointment. Overall, we are still happy to experience the very first boutique hotel in Sogod and the staffs are polite and friendly.

High class stay
This place was so beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds, hot showers, and offered guests kits of soap, shampoo, toothpaste toothbrush, and robes. It had a mini fridge, and a kettle for coffee. Felt very rich. I had an unfortunate issue with the lock on the bathroom door but i got help quickly and it was repaired not long after. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I wish there was an elevator. Had to take luggage down from 3rd floor. Nice balcony and views of the mountains from the windows on the 3rd floor. There was a lot of noise from dogs baking next door for a while but then they settled down. Definitely would stay here again. Restaurants are within walking distance.
