"The Kakslauttanen Artic Resort in Lapland, Finland was a spectacular place for a vacation! Our Igloo Cabin was beautiful; it included a sauna and fireplace and easily could have slept a family of six. The property included a planetarium, art museum, event center,and a reindeer/horse enclosure. The cabins were beautifully spaced across a beautiful property. The last night of our stay included an incredible northern lights display as there wasn't a cloud in the sky!"

"Beautiful cozy warm clean cabin in an idyllic pretty location, remote and quiet but within 2 miles of Luosto centre with restaurants, supermarket, ski slope and gift shop. Taxis limited. Shower and sauna fantastic, do need to go outside to get to it but they provided croc type shoes for you. Customer service responded quickly to messages via the hotel.com app. Saw the Northern Lights dancing above our cabin on the first night, absolutely amazing above the snowy trees. "Schönes Blockhaus mit etwas in die Jahre gekommenem Charme. Haustiere sind erlaubt, Vorsicht Allergiker. Toller Empfang trotz Sprachbarriere. Uns hat es gut gefallen und wir kommen, wenn möglich, zurück. Vielleicht kann man Luostonseita 1 ja wie Luostonseita 3 "aufmöbeln". Dann wäre es ein rundum sorglos Paket und 5 Sterne würdig."

"Villa Aihki is really wonderful. It is very cosy with the sauna and fireplace that can be used any time. The light around and in the house is done very nice so it feels very warm and comfortable. Even the birds come to feed on the terrace :) The bed is very good, pillows as well. The seating in the living room is very comfy too. The area is very quiet and feels safe. You can always go out for a walk - it is only nature everywhere around the house. We also walked several times to Luosto."

"Un chalet aussi beau que confortable. Rien ne manque je recommande fortement. Petite chambre très confortable pour nos filles, grande chambre parentale avec lit électrique. Le chalet est hyper bien chauffé, très lumineux et hyper propre. Très bien aménagé, suffisamment spacieux pour notre petite famille de 4 personnes. Le sauna est un très agréable après de longues journée dans le froid. Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce logement. Concernant les propriétaires un couple adorable, ils n'ont pas...

"This accommodation was the perfect end to our trip to Finland, the cabin was genuinely faultless, it was spacious and cosy, with a very comfy and warm feeling. The kitchen was was well equipped with pots and utensils etc for if you wanted to stay in and cook. The bed was comfy with a lovely view to wake up to. The shower and toilet facilities were immaculately clean with! Genuinely cannot pick fault with this place. The hot tub was the perfect end to every day and we even found time to jump in before our flight home. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, they were attentive if you needed the to be and the dropped off a lovely breakfast each day for us. The only quibble I had was the drive from the main road to the accommodation, the track felt like an afterthought or was maybe unfinished as it was littered with potholes. But that is her only issue I can find with the accommodation. Overall would definitely recommend and would without question stay there again! "

"The Kakslauttanen Artic Resort in Lapland, Finland was a spectacular place for a vacation! Our Igloo Cabin was beautiful; it included a sauna and fireplace and easily could have slept a family of six. The property included a planetarium, art museum, event center,and a reindeer/horse enclosure. The cabins were beautifully spaced across a beautiful property. The last night of our stay included an incredible northern lights display as there wasn't a cloud in the sky!"

"Beautiful cozy warm clean cabin in an idyllic pretty location, remote and quiet but within 2 miles of Luosto centre with restaurants, supermarket, ski slope and gift shop. Taxis limited. Shower and sauna fantastic, do need to go outside to get to it but they provided croc type shoes for you. Customer service responded quickly to messages via the hotel.com app. Saw the Northern Lights dancing above our cabin on the first night, absolutely amazing above the snowy trees. Whilst watching the lights we got ourselves locked out when the cabin door shut after us so make sure you snip the door or take key outside!! Sent a message to customer service (phone number didn’t work for us) and they responded sending a maintenance man to let us back in within an hour (90 euro fee). Did a few activities in the area led by local guides and walks in the beautiful white landscape. Overall we loved our stay and wish it could have been longer. "

"The best part of this hotel is the food. Absolutely fantastic dinner with two different pan fried fish with vegetables. The breakfast was even better. So delicious you would like to spend the rest of the day there. It compensates for the humble and even little primitive room."
