Guest Access:  
You have complete access to the entire home, parking spaces, outdoor deck with direct access to the beach.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
This quiet beachfront residential community offers stunning ocean views, sandy shores just steps away, and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. The neighborhood offers easy access to outdoor activities including a community pool.  
  
The community pool is .3 miles from our home. Exiting our area to Island Drive, you go left. It's positioned in a quad, exactly as our home, in the front left corner so it is hard to see from the road but there is a community area closer to Island Drive that is easier to see, and the house to the right has an entrance flanked by 2 palm trees. It's also easy to reach from the beach, exit our home, go right and it is .3 miles on the right. There is gate access from the beach. No pool pass or identification is required but it is only available for Ocean Ridge guests. It is open approximately from May 1st thru October 15th from 9 am to 10 pm daily.  
  
Getting Around:  
We recommend having a car for trips into town to access a wider range of amenities. Additionally, bringing a bike is a great idea for local exploration and convenient access to nearby restaurants.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
We have a few rules in place that we appreciate that you follow and some additional information regarding the house:  
  
✔ No pets permitted  
✔ No smoking or vaping  
✔ No events, parties or glitter in the home (it is a nightmare to clean and lasts forever)  
✔ The pool is not private, it is available to those in the community  
✔ The maximum occupancy is 15 guests  
✔ Primary guest must be at least 30 years old.  
✔ Beach items such as towels, umbrellas, chairs and toys are provided as a convenience which will be inventoried after each stay. Please let us know if anything breaks or goes missing or it will be invoiced.  
✔ During the season the hot tub is serviced on your check in day and one other day during the week, usually Saturday. If you have an issue with the service tech randomly coming during your stay, please let us know and we will cancel them. They do not enter the home but they do come around back and enter the deck area.  
✔ A starter pack of items for your stay is in the laundry room on the first level

This house is beautiful, the location is great and the view from the top floor is stunning! There were umbrellas and beach chairs, plenty of toys and a bonus of beach towels at the house. We had an issue with the hot tub and the owners sent someone to repair it first thing. Michelle was great to communicate with! The lower floor smells a bit dank and if you have mold sensitive guests this may bother them. Overall this house is pleasant and comfortable, well stocked and well decorated.

#### Perfect for our first family beach vacation!

It was the first trip to the ocean for our grandkids (ages 8, 10, and 12) and they couldn’t get enough beach time! The view was beautiful so even on a rainy day we enjoyed the ocean from the house! Spacious enough for everyone to have their own space. When not on the beach (with beach chairs and boogie boards and sand toys provided) we all enjoyed the puzzles and games!

Beautiful house and location were the big pluses. Jacuzzi did not heat properly, mouse appearance several times, mold issue, unpleasant odor on first floor of house.

Beautiful house right on the beach. You can’t get any closer without being on the sand. My elderly parents did not even walk down to the beach some days, and just sat on the deck and enjoyed the waves. The house is as advertised no surprises great communication with Michelle. The only thing that I would do to improve our stay would be to provide more bath towels and kitchen towels. Plenty of beach towels provided. A very lovely home. We will definitely look at booking this home again.

#### Family Wedding Week

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Our daughter was married at Ocean’s Edge on North Topsail Beach! Topsail Treasure was the perfect house to accommodate our family for the week! The kitchen/dining/living area was spacious and easily allowed our family to gather for meals, games, and conversations! The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms were spacious and hosted teenagers to our eighty four year old matriarch. The master bathroom was enormous and allowed for multiples to get ready at once. The beach was only a few steps away and the windows in the living area allowed for the strawberry full moon to put on a show nightly. The communications from the host were on point. I would recommend this vacation home to all!

#### Amazing Getaway at Topsail Treasure

Topsail Treasure is the kind of place you never want to leave. It has everything you need for a perfect getaway, and then some. The kitchen is large and complete with all your necessities. The home was very clean and we have very high standards. Finally, the hot tub overlooking the ocean is a plus. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be coming back to visit.
