There is 1 kind bed, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 1 twin bunk beds, and a queen sofa bed. BEDROOM 1 - The expansive primary bedroom takes up the entire top level, and can reached by elevator or stairs. This spacious bedroom offers a luxurious king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and a wall-mounted 65” flat-screen TV. Enjoy direct access to the oceanfront balcony where you can enjoy unobstructed ocean views. This bedroom has an elegant ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a large soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. BEDROOM 2 - The second bedroom, located on the first floor, is furnished with a cushy queen-sized bed and offers direct oceanfront views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Step through the sliding glass doors to access the peaceful decks beyond and gaze out at the Atlantic Ocean. You’ll find a comfortable desk and chair in the corner of this room in case you need to work during your stay. BEDROOM 3 - The third bedroom is located on the first floor on the sound side, and offers a full-sized bed plus a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Equipped with ample amenities, including a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and reading lights, it’s a great room for kids to have fun in their own space after a fun-filled day of exploring the local beaches. SOFA BED - If you need some extra sleeping space, you’ll find the sectional couch in the living room pulls out into a queen-sized bed. BATHROOM 1 - This spa like primary bathroom is located on the third floor with the primary bedroom. There is a large soaking tub, a walk in shower, and dual vanities BATHROOM 2 - There is a family bathroom on the first floor between the second and third bedrooms. This full bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combo, convenient for bathing the kids. There is also a laundry room on this level so you can keep your clothes and towels fresh during your stay. BATHROOM 3 - A convenient half bath can be found adjacent to the kitchen, saving you time (and hassle!) from running up or down the stairs when nature calls. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ The open-floor living space on the second level is the heart of this family-friendly oceanfront home. We loved the easy access to the beach and the pool for afternoons when we didn't want to get all sandy (or when it was too windy on the beach). It's very clean and furnished nicely. Right on the beach for easy access. The elevator is a must and was extremely helpful for moving our luggage around. Check in and out process was very easy and automated. The host checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. They provided an umbrella that I noticed was already broken and mentioned this to the host who immediately offered to have one purchased and dropped off the next morning. (For our case it was not necessary, but I appreciated the prompt responses and offer to replace it.)I would come again - thanks to the host for a lovely stay! ##### Karin M. Hot tubs were great, lovely gazebo to have meals beachside. Grandparents, son and family (their daughter age 12). The house was perfect! The layout was everything we could ask for. Grandparents had the upper level (very spa like!) and the younger people were on the 2nd level with the main level in between. The kitchen had everything we needed. The area was entirely residential with a quiet main street. Our son enjoyed being able to walk out of the house and being right at the ocean to fish at 6:30 in the morning! We ordered a DIY Lobster pack from Maine Lobster Shack (about 25 min away) for Thanksgiving and we enjoyed it so much we went back the next day for more of the same. Most restaurants are 20+ min away but that didn't bother us. The elevator was a must for my mobility challenged husband and the rest of us enjoyed it in getting luggage and stuff from the car to inside the house. The granddaughter enjoyed the bedroom set up for kids - especially the bunk bed. The beds were comfortable. No one complained about sleeping in an uncomfortable bed. We will definitely keep this on our list for future trips!! ##### Hal C. Somehow, the elevator was overlooked in the listing => GAME CHANGER when getting coolers to the 3rd floor and luggage to the 4th. Hot tubs and gazebo's positioned perfectly for sun and moon rises. Super-responsive property manager but not bugging us. 3 main e-mails: 1) This is how you get in - Welcome 2) Day 2 - how's the stay going, need anything? 3) Last day, when you check out, this is what's needed. Probably the first VRBO property we will rent again based on location, cleanliness and amenities. ##### Mark F. Everything was super clean, response time for communication was quick and very accommodating, and the access to the beach was very close.
