Relax...by the Sea is a 3-story townhouse offers three luxurious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and elegant living space. This townhome is the end unit on the south side of the complex. Splash about in the shared pool and hot tubs or take a short stroll across the dunes to feel the sand between your toes. 1 Min Walk to the Beach 2 Min Drive to Sea View Pier 18 Min Drive to Surf City Pier ☆☆ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS ☆☆ This gorgeous oceanfront home has 3 bedrooms with smart televisions and a sofa bed in the living room and can accommodate 10 people. There is 1 kind bed, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 1 twin bunk beds, and a queen sofa bed. BEDROOM 1 - The expansive primary bedroom takes up the entire top level, and can reached by elevator or stairs. This spacious bedroom offers a luxurious king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and a wall-mounted 65” flat-screen TV. Enjoy direct access to the oceanfront balcony where you can enjoy unobstructed ocean views. This bedroom has an elegant ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a large soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. BEDROOM 2 - The second bedroom, located on the first floor, is furnished with a cushy queen-sized bed and offers direct oceanfront views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Step through the sliding glass doors to access the peaceful decks beyond and gaze out at the Atlantic Ocean. You’ll find a comfortable desk and chair in the corner of this room in case you need to work during your stay. BEDROOM 3 - The third bedroom is located on the first floor on the sound side, and offers a full-sized bed plus a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Equipped with ample amenities, including a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and reading lights, it’s a great room for kids to have fun in their own space after a fun-filled day of exploring the local beaches. SOFA BED - If you need some extra sleeping space, you’ll find the sectional couch in the living room pulls out into a queen-sized bed. BATHROOM 1 - This spa like primary bathroom is located on the third floor with the primary bedroom. There is a large soaking tub, a walk in shower, and dual vanities BATHROOM 2 - There is a family bathroom on the first floor between the second and third bedrooms. This full bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combo, convenient for bathing the kids. There is also a laundry room on this level so you can keep your clothes and towels fresh during your stay. BATHROOM 3 - A convenient half bath can be found adjacent to the kitchen, saving you time (and hassle!) from running up or down the stairs when nature calls. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ The open-floor living space on the second level is the heart of this family-friendly oceanfront home. The king bed and bath was wonderful. Everything was nice. The only two things I didn't like was the high chairs and table for dining and the chairs on the deck. It didnt have toilet paper in it when we arrived but they sent someone with it quickly. It also took while to figure out the elevators so I would recommend written directions. Also the hot tubs were very dirty and full of sand. Even when the guy came to clean them he didnt clean that part. ##### Laura L. It is 4 condos/quadplex with shared balconies, but still pretty private. Glad we had the place to ourselves. Two walkways, 4 hot tubs, cool gazebo shelter with table and chairs for outside eating. Clean atmosphere inside and out. Beds were comfy (some cushy, some harder)… forgot my own pillow which would have helped tremendously. Air/heat will turn off if doors left open. Got pretty chilly one night. You will need an all wheel drive vehicle in order to park in carport. Not enough gravel, concrete very high up. Elevator was a life saver! Perfect location, close to Surf City. Highly recommend Daily Grind, Surf City Smash Burgers, Napoli Cafe, Salt Marsh Market, & Salty Turtle Beer Co. ##### Kenneth J. It was a very well maintained oceanfront home! We loved that it was dog friendly. It had all of our basic necessities upon arrival. Direct access to the beach was awesome. The kids loved the pool and hot tubs. The people renting the other units were respectful. We did not hear any noise from other units. Loved the little covered set up w table and chairs between house and beach. Nice house. Appreciated the elevator. Was unaware hot tub and pool were for all renters in quadplex. The unit was cozy for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. The heated pool and hot tubs were great for the chillier days - the kids really enjoyed. The unit was clean and equipped with a starter package for soaps, trash bags, etc. If staying longer than a few days, ensure to bring extra supplies for dishwasher, laundry, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. ##### Jessica L. We did enjoy the hot tub also. We also appreciated having a code for entry into the home so we didn't have to bother with keys. Inside was a nice layout, though a little tight for 9 people on the main floor, especially the kitchen/dining area. We couldn't all sit down together for meals, which we were looking forward to; three had to sit at the bar. It was also a little strange having the neighbors walk right in front of our sliding doors to get to the stairs to go to the beach, but they were a lovely family. The AC wasn't working on Saturday but the manager was able to have someone there on Monday. Our daughter did go buy 2 fans because their room did not have a ceiling fan and it was warm in that room. She shared it with her husband and two children because it slept 4 and that is where we needed them to be. We had quite a bit of heavy rainfall and the driveway flooded easily but that seems to be the case for most of the properties. One daughter had to use the sleeper sofa. She vacuumed it quite heavily before she slept on it the first night. There was a lot of sand and several small items under the mattress when we pulled it out. She ended up just sleeping on top of the sofa without opening it up. That issue and wiping out some of the kitchen drawers prevented me from giving it 5 stars on cleanliness.
