SPECTACULAR OCEAN VIEWS FROM THIS TASTEFULLY UPDATED OCEAN FRONT 5 BEDROOM / 4 BATH HOME IN ‘VILLAS BY THE SEA’
This is an oceanfront home, -townhome duplex style- with 5 bedrooms that can sleep up to 12 people. Recently redecorated in a lovely Coastal Style; the unit has 3 living levels, all with oceanfront decks. (Privacy partitions on each deck allow for separation from the adjoining unit.) The home is part of the ‘Villas By The Sea’ community on the Oceanfront of North Topsail Beach.
The private master bedroom suite on the 3rd floor has a King bed, TV, private bath, and a private balcony/deck that overlooks the beach and has spectacular views of the ocean.
The 2nd floor has three more bedrooms, as follows:
The 2nd Master Bedroom suite is an oceanfront King ensuite with TV, sliding doors to a balcony/deck shared with the queen bedroom. And, of course, lovely ocean views. The ensuite bath has a full bathtub/shower.
The 3rd Bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, sliding doors to the shared 2nd floor balcony/deck and those wonderful ocean views.
The 4th bedroom -or Bunk Room-, also on the second floor, has 2 sets of twin bunk beds, (sleeps 4), a TV, and is a great room for the kids.
There is a full size hall bath with walk-in shower on the second floor adjacent to the 3 bedrooms. The stacked Washer and Dryer are also on the 2nd level.
The 1st floor has a spacious dining table that can comfortably seat 8 to 10\. And there are 5 stools at the 11-foot kitchen counter for additional seating. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sectional and large screen TV. There is a selection of puzzles, board games, and books for rainy days.
The 5th bedroom, is located on the main living floor, has a King size bed and a TV, attached full bath with walk-in shower, which also serves as Powder Room with an additional access from the hall. This spacious bedroom faces the Sound side of the house, and has the convenience of ELEVATOR access for those with limited mobility.
The elevator goes from the ground floor parking to the first floor living level allowing for ease in getting groceries to the kitchen. (Elevator goes to the first floor level only.)
The spacious main floor oceanfront deck is furnished for outside dining and comfortably enjoying the ocean views. Enjoy the private Hot-tub on the deck while the Sea Breeze blows in from the ocean. (Hot tub is open and serviced weekly in season, and available upon advance request off-season.) The beach is literally steps away via the boardwalk from the deck. (Boardwalk to beach shared with other side of duplex.)
Below, on the covered ground level is a parking area for three cars. There is an outdoor hot & cold enclosed shower for rinsing off the sand, and a closet to store those beach toys. (Some beach items provided.) A gas grill is also provided. Charcoal grilling is not permitted in Villas By The Sea Community.
•Bedding and Bath linens available for each bed, bath, and maximum number of guests for an additional fee. Beds are not pre-made as linens are laundered according to CDC guidelines and individually wrapped for ‘no-touch’ handling. Linen packages placed on appropriate bed so there is no trying to figure out which goes where.
•Additional attention to cleaning and disinfecting hard surfaces according to CDC guidelines between guests. Cleaning supplies and cordless vacuum are provided should guests desire to freshen up surfaces during their stay.
•Little ones are welcome! High chair, pack-n-play, and baby gates available to rent upon request.
•Per HOA restrictions, no pets are permitted.
•Smoking/Vaping is not permitted at this property.

This home is just a short walk from the oceanfront ‘Villas By The Sea’ community pool. The Seaview Fishing Pier is a short walk in the opposite direction, great for day and night fishing. There is a recreation park with playground and tennis courts close by. If golf is your game, the North Shore Country Club is less than a 10 minute drive from the house. It is open to the public year-round.
There are surf boards, boats and kayaks available to rent nearby. Grocery and pharmacy are 10 minutes away just off the island. There is shopping and great dining too numerous to mention both on and off the island. If you don’t feel like getting in the car, the fishing pier has a casual dining spot, and Splash By the Sea restaurant is just down the beach at Villa Capriani’s.
Take a day trip to Wilmington to visit the North Carolina Battleship. Or drive down to Fort Fisher and the aquarium. Don’t miss the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center in Surf City.

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The host was super responsive and friendly, even sent us some recommendations for nearby restaurants. Property was clean and had everything we needed to spend a long weekend over Thanksgiving. Very well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and linens. We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting on the oceanfront deck, even in cooler temps. The men enjoyed surf fishing. Lovely, tasteful decor throughout the home. Everything in good working order. We are huge fans of the home and the location and hope to be returning customers!

This property served our family well for our stay at North Topsail! The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped with anything you could possibly need to cook a great meal! The location was amazing! The hot tub and community pool were the icing on the cake! The owner and the property manager were both very nice and responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay! Highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

The host was communicative and the location was very nice. We saw dolphins everyday from the deck! The beds were comfortable and the layout worked well for three families. It was a positive experience overall.

#### Vacation Bliss
Other than some initial difficulty with getting the elevator to work the house is beautiful with a perfect location on the beach. Quiet area, stocked with beach chairs, umbrella and toys. The owner was very responsive. We do wish the beds were premade as it was challenging to make the top bunks but like that we knew the sheets were clean. Would like to have known that was the case with the comforters though. We would definitely look at renting again!

We had a wonderful family vacation in October. We enjoyed a short walk to the pier and one day we saw a double rainbow over the pier. It was gorgeous!! The house was exactly what we were looking for. It is beachfront with plenty of comfortable rooms and a deck to sit on to enjoy the view. Instructions to enter via the elevator were clear. Good communication with the homeowner and property manager. This is a beautiful beach house for a vacation!

Beautiful beach front home!! Enjoyed the very short walk to the beach on the semi private beach access. Very short walk to community pool. Brenda responded quickly to messages and was lovely to work with.

Plenty of space for a girl’s weekend trip. Great view of the beach. Private pier. Hot tub was wonderful. Enjoyed having the grill for cooking dinner.

The house was/is amazing!! We had 6 adults and had plenty of room. Very clean and inviting. The house was top notch from top to bottom. We made most of our meals there and enjoyed the spacious kitchen we could work together in! View is spectacular- we saw dolphins almost every day - So Fun! Such a relaxing time - the dining room table was roomy enough for my daughter to do a puzzle on one end and had plenty of room for all of us to dine together and play games on the rest of it. The owner and property manager were so accommodating and easy to work with. Thank you for letting us make your home ours for a week. Wish we could have stayed longer... We'll be back!

#### Perfect Seaside Retreat
This property has it all! Oceanfront, a hot tub to watch the sunsets on the beach and beautiful interior to make you feel like you are being treated on your beach getaway. The host was amazing and went above and beyond for our last minute holiday booking. I didn’t want to leave! Shirt walk to the pier and next door to the best gluten-free restaurant on the NC coast! The regular food is delicious too! We biked, played tennis and got our beach time in. Truly amazing you won’t want to miss out!

#### Amazing Location in N Topsail
This was a perfect place for three families with young children. The beach is great- tidal pools and not crowded with plenty of space even at high tide. House was really lovely and well maintained with a perfect lay out for large dinners, cooking and entertaining children. Community pool is so close and such a great option especially for young kids. Donna was so helpful at check in and throughout our stay if we had any questions or concerns. Loved this place and will be booking again!
