Air conditioning that works well with 2 zones. Easy beach access as long as you can use stairs. Small, but livable living room and kitchen. I slept very well during my stay. Bring your linens, towels, beach chairs, soap, and paper products. Otherwise it has everything you need. Ice maker works. Drip coffee maker. We would stay again. Only issue was some dust and cockroaches, but it's a beach rental so it wasnt bad. ##### Andrew B. We enjoyed the hightop dining table on the beach side deck and ate dinner there every night. The kitchen was well stocked though we didn't cook anything fancy. The dishwasher was broken and wasn't fixed until our last day but it wasn't a huge problem. The outside shower made a great place to stash our beach stuff overnight so it didn't blow away. There are a lot of steps, so if that is a problem, look elsewhere-but most beach houses have steps. We loved our stay and will come back! ##### Barbara H. We enjoyed our family reunion at the beach! We especially loved being right on the beach and waking up in the mornings with a cup of coffee, watching the sun come up! Lovely decor in the home. There are games and puzzles and books. We had a little trouble figuring out the TV remotes, but we didn't spend much time watching TV anyway! The kitchen is nicely equipped. We had everything we needed! There was nice pantry space also for the food we brought with us. The lower level bedrooms were quite warm at night, even with the ceiling fans. Would recommend bringing an extra small fan or fans. All in all, we loved it! Definitely got our exercise going up and down the stairs, but it was all worth it! ##### Barbara S. It’s very close to the water, which I love. From the upstairs kitchen and living area, the view is nothing but beautiful water.
