Entering from the front oceanfront deck, you are greeted with an open living room, kitchen, and dining room floor plan. Comfortable seating is provided in the living room for the ultimate in lounging and a large flat screen television is available for your entertainment! Enjoy cooking meals for your family in the kitchen that offers plenty of counter space for meal prep as well as all of the tools for the chef in the family. Head down the hallway where you will find the first of three bedrooms to your right. This room offers a Queen bed and a Twin over Full bunk bed, as well as a television and ocean views! Across the hall, you will find the shared full bathroom with a stand up shower. Continue down the hall on the right and you will enter into the second bedroom with a Queen bed, Twin over Twin bunk bed, and television. Across the hall on the left is the Master Bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom. The Master Bedroom offers a King bed, television, and private bathroom with a stand up shower. Water Pressure Notice: Please be aware that during popular rental dates, especially in the mornings and evenings, there may be temporary reductions in water pressure. Public Parking: The Town of Surf City enforces “Pay to Park” from March 1-Oct 31 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm in the Surf City Public Beach Access Parking Lots and other marked Public Parking Lots. The Town of North Topsail Beach will enforce “Pay to Park” from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM year-round. Onslow County operates three public parking areas/beach accesses within the Town of North Topsail Beach. To the best of our knowledge the county intends to continue operating these lots free of charge. Leave No Trace: Topsail Island enforces a "Leave No Trace" policy in order to protect our shoreline, meaning you must remove all items, including tents and chairs, from the beach each day. Any items left behind are subject to theft, removal by the town, or possibility of being washed away by the ocean. Turtle Nesting Season: From May to October, Topsail Island is a nesting ground for sea turtles.
