The indication of a beach was a little disappointing - there is no beach. But there is a place to put in the 2 kayaks that the owners are kind enough to provide. Be careful of jellyfish if you are in the water. Furniture seems new for the most part and the house seems freshly painted. I do wish there was more lighting in the front room for working on a puzzle. The dining table does not have an overhead light and there is no nearby lamp. Wonderful stay overall and excellent hosts and neighbors. It's very cool to be next to the ferry too. Loved having use of a dock. And we appreciated the extra blankets because it got quite chilly at night. I agree with the other reviewer that it could use a deep clean, especially floors, corners, baseboards. The deck is a bit wonky, need to be careful with footing. But you cannot beat the location!
