### Stylish 2BR Apart, Steps Away from the Beach

This modern new two bedroom apartment, situated in a modern block in  
 the heart of Sliema, is only a few steps away from the most sought  
 after Promenade on Tower Road. Perfectly positioned with trendy  
 promenade cafes, restaurants, boat trips, bus stops and Sliema’s busy  
 shopping centre literally at your doorstep. It is just ideal for a  
 couple or for a family with one or two children.  
 Finished to high standards, clean and fully air-conditioned, this cosy  
 unit consists of a living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two  
 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. WiFi Internet is being offered on a  
 complimentary basis.  
 The location of this property is unbeatable being just a 20 second walk  
 away from the famous Sliema promenade offering you shops, cafes,  
 restaurants, bars, water sports, beaches, etc. And for those of you who  
 prefer swimming in a pool, a number of quality lidos can also be found  
 close by. If you don’t want to rent a car this apartment is just ideal  
 as public transport is only a short walk away. This is certainly the  
 perfect holiday place to feel at home in sunny Malta!
