Property is in fairly good, clean condition. Room was clean. We were one the 5th floor at the rear. Room had a small balcony with a small table and 2 chairs, though no view to speak of, unless you like watching construction cranes. Bed was fine,pillows a bit thin. En-suite was OK. Only had breakfast twice, which was in Mr Todd down the hill. Not worth the €10 though.
