Goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel; het hotel zelf is aan vernieuwing toe (en was ook deels in verbouwing). Gehorige kamers, versleten zetels in de lobby...

Nice hotel with very friendly staff

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The reception staff were particularly helpful and nothing was too much for them. The hotel was in walking distance of the sea and all local attractions, a great handy location. The only downside was that from 0700 each morning building work started on a site next door, it was very noisy.

Slitet!

Rummet slitet hela hotellet i sin helhet. Beskrivning av hotellet helt fel vi förstod inte att det bara var en pool som inte låg på hotellet. Nästan inget vatten i duschen vi sa till men det blev inte ordnat. Läget ok. Inget hotel vi rekommenderar . Personalen kunde bemöta trevligare.

Hôtel bien situé, qui permet d’aller à pied très facilement au centre-ville, plage et arrêt de bus. Personnel accueillant. Wifi qui fonctionne très difficilement le soir. Piscine gratuite mais sièges payants. Nous avions une chambre avec terrasse située au-dessus des cuisines avec un chantier d’immeuble accolé à l’hôtel. Du coup, nous n’avons pas profité de l’extérieur car la terrasse était sale (avec des mégots des gens des étages du dessus et l’eau dégoulinante des climatisations ), les odeurs de friture en provenance de la cuisine, les bruits du chantier le matin... donc en résumé, on ferme la fenêtre et on met la climatisation qui fonctionne très bien. Du coup, 3 étoiles pour l’hôtel, je reste septique...

Poor value for money

The room, especially the bathroom, was very worn down and thus impossible to clean decently. The A/C did work perfectly though. Overall a standard tourist-class hotel, just too expensive. I talked to colleagues who stayed in other, superior, hotels; The Waterfront and The Victoria, whom actually paid less than I did – thus the conclusion is that this hotel offers poor value for money.

Et udmærket hotel

Et udmærket hotel, med god service, personalet var meget søde og hjælpsomme. Hotellet lå i fin afstand til strand og shopping.

dejligt personale og lækker morgenmadsbuffet

Rigtig fint hotel med stor morgenmadsbuffet. Der er hvad skal der være og personalet er utrolig flinke, hjælpsomme og guidende. Hotelværelserne er lidt små, men ellers okay.

Very basic hotel. Friendly staff. Good food.

Felt advertising false. Advertise pools but they are down the road about 5 mins walk by the sea. However pools were lovely with access to the sea. We had to pay for a lounger and umbrella though so not like a pool at the hotel. Weather very hot so pool necessary. Breakfast at the hotel was very good and staff helpful and friendly. Hotel over all was basic

Hotellin sijainti oli mukavan keskeinen. Hotellin taso oli melko vanhahtava, mikä ei sinänsä haittaa. Hämmentäviä pikkuseikkoja hotelli voisi helposti korjata. Näitä ovat esim. - tarpeeksi veitsiä aamiasvieraiden käyttöön (Joka ainoa aamu veitset olivat loppu!) - suihkuverhon pituus kylpyhuoneessa pitäisi olla tarpeeksi estämään veden roiskuminen kylpyhuoneen/vessan lattialle. Nyt oli käytössä lyhyt verho, jonka alalaidasta vesi roiskui lattialle, vaikka kuinka olisi varonut. Oli tosi ikävää yrittää kuivat lattiaa vessapaperilla, koska lattiassa ei myöskään ollut mitään viemäriä roiskevedelle

交通に便利な立地

フロントの人達は感じがよくとても親切。 トイレの水を流すのにコツがいるが、部屋自体はシンプルで清潔。 部屋からの景色は隣が工事中だったので最悪。 ただし昼間はホテルにいないので、音や景観はさほど気にならなかった。 フェリーやバスで移動の際に、交通の便がよい立地なのでその点はオススメ出来る。

Un très bon choix,l'hôtel Plevna

Service parfait .Victimes du vol -en ville-de nos documents,pour nous aider dans la déclaration à la police(en anglais),la direction a envoyé un membre du personnel qui a téléphoné au consulat (pour les démarches afin d'obtenir un passeport provisoire),à un taxi avec prix fixé et qui s'est soucié du suivi des démarches.Merci,Martha. Excellents repas du soir.Parfait,l'english breakfast . On parle français.Hôtel proche de la mer,des arrêts de bus du ferry et de magasins.Wifi en chambre.Propreté partout.

Terrible experience / Péssima experiencia

The hotel doesn’t have any relation for what I booked on-line. The hotel is old. The room was old and in bad condition. The bathroom was old, with a pipe passing in the middle of the bathroom and dirty, we saw a small cockroach. The bedding was dirty. The towels had holes. One day they forget leaving towels in the bathroom and I called the reception for new ones. She could not delivered in my room, I had to go down to the reception to take it. There was no TV. The breakfast was bad. No option of fruits, just canned, apple and kiwi, not even banana. The hotel is noise. They put us in a floor full of teenager take talking and playing music until 2am. But the most surprising part. The hotel does not have a pool as advertised. The pool is 500m away from the hotel. I had a really bad experience. The only good think is the location.

Hôtel agréable très proche de la mer.

Agréable séjour à l'hôtel PLEVNA. La première chambre était vraiment très petite et il n'y avait pas de connection wi-fi. La seconde était plus grande et donc agréable même si la connection wi-fi était parfois instable dans la chambre. La connection wi-fi dans la grande entrée et le salon est excellente.
