« Even though construction was new, there was not enough facilities. First of all, Room was not prepared, It looked like, Pillow covers were used and bed sheet was not replaced. Bathroom was not prepared also. Soap was missing, Sink was not cleaned. »

« The property was supposed to be brand new but the room was dirty and already showing signs of wear and tear. Cleanliness might be acceptable for Indian people but for a foreigner used to Canadian hotel standards I would say avoid. There was supposed to be a restaurant on site but property never reached out to inform us it would be close during our stay. »

« Zero cleaning ness for room i have 2 time to clean room to manager . But they didnot. At night 11 pm they clearing when one of owner visited me . We have update him . There was water issue due to that we got delay in traveling Staff service not good. Manager just seating not lisen what customer complain. »
