I booked this room for a traveling somalia from Italy and he could not say enough wonderful things about Anthem House.

Originally, did not give us the studio room with sleeper sofa we paid for-had to get that corrected and move to a different room. Had a SUPER strong bleach smell at front desk and foyer area. Carpet on the 8th floor filthy dirty with food, dirt, paper, and a large spring. Nasty dirty the whole hallway. Carpet was shredded and ripped in several places at the seams looked like a cat mauled it!!! It also stunk a lot in the hallway. Room was clean and nice except we had a toilet that rocked! lol! Pillows were horrible and uncomfortable. Wooden bed frame hurt your legs when you got out of the bed-very painful. Breakfast was cold and old. Bacon tasted rancid. Indoor heated pool being cleaned, so we could not enjoy it during our stay. Thankfully, our room was nice and clean, and we had a good view. Hallway carpet in desperate need of replacing and being kept clean and presentable!! Shameful!!!
