The studio is located in an apartment building constructed in 1927, was renovated in 2006, and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a lively area. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunshade, children's playground, sandbox, barbecue area, terrace, and garden furniture.

Siofok. The studio is located on a enclosed plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Not allowed for youth groups Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 6 cars) is available on the property.
