The bungalow is fully air-con. 7 minutes drive to IKEA, Design Village, VTEC, 2nd Penang Bridge; 8 minutes to Batu Kawan Industrial Park, Eco Horizon, Utropolis, famous Tambun seafood restaurants; 1 minute to Stadium. Good location. No Traffic Jam!  
  
It's a beautiful villa facing a river covered with mangrove. A quiet, peaceful, and cozy place to stay, for holiday & works.  
  
The house is surrounded by green area, extremely quiet, clean and fresh air. And it is homely and cozy.
