The views from the living and dining room are amazing. The location in Silverthorn was perfect for us, as we skied Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone and Breck. It’s a nice central location and easy drive to all the resorts. The kitchen is not as well equipped as it could be. There were no pot holders or measuring cups. We bought dish towels and pot holders to use for the week and left them for the next visitors. The pots and pans are also in need of replacement. There is also a need for more hand towels in the place. There are 3 bathrooms and only 1 hand towel per sink. Not enough for a week’s stay.. Lastly there is no blow dryer in the place, so be sure to bring your own.We would stay here again. It just needs a few tweaks. ##### margaret h. The view is wonderful and we enjoyed sitting on the deck when we were home. The house had a nice variety of puzzles and games as well as books. The kitchen had everything we needed. The management company was quick to respond to our request for box fans during the hot weather. There are a couple of things that should be addressed, however. The queen bed downstairs is like sleeping on the floor. The mattress seemed old with no padding whatsoever. I ended up sleeping in the bunk bed for that reason. Also, the main floor carpet is badly stained and generally grungy. It may get cleaned regularly but if so you wouldn't know it. I never felt comfortable walking in the house without my shoes on. A deep cleaning, along with flooring and bedding upgrades would turn the Log Cabin into a WOW experience. Oh, and a hairdryer... ##### lynne p. WiFi never worked in the home inspite of all of us trying it. It also had a big ice mound outside the single garage and driving over it caused my vehicle to be pushed into the side of the garage damaging the vehicle.
