"The bed was broken. The bathroom door handle on the inside was loose. Two of the USB outlets next to the bed didn't work. Considering the amount I paid for one night, I would have expected for things to be in better working order."

"The restaurant on site was excellent. There was an entrance from the hotel to the City Creek Shopping Center next door which was very convenient. The valet was quick but careful and housekeeping was prompt with extra tissues we needed. My only complaint was that the WiFi was NOT included in the room rental. We just used our own Internet connection. The room had adequate outlets and USB ports. We forgot the cable for the video game player but all the connections were easily accessible on the desk. The views from our floor (16th) to the north and to the south were beautiful! Our private balcony was great. We will definitely stay here again."
