I recently stayed at Treasure Island Hotel in Las Vegas, and while there were some positive aspects, the overall experience was mixed—especially considering the price. When we arrived, check-in was smooth and the front desk staff was very friendly, which gave us a good first impression. Unfortunately, things quickly took a turn. Our initial room had no working air conditioning—a big issue in Las Vegas heat. It took five hours and four different staff members before we were finally moved to a new room. What made the situation worse was overhearing the head of maintenance tell the hotel manager that he had checked our room again (he hadn’t), and that he would not be sending anyone else to address the issue. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Thankfully, the hotel manager eventually stepped in and got us into a new room with working A/C. As a gesture, we were offered $50 in food comps, which was appreciated but didn't quite make up for the inconvenience and long delay. The room itself was clean but dated—exactly the same as I remembered it from a stay over 12 years ago. It’s definitely due for a refresh. For the price we paid, I expected more modern accommodations and a smoother experience overall. On the positive side, the valet staff was outstanding—friendly, efficient, and consistently helpful. It was great for beach access. Nothing in our room worked. Coffee pot was broke. Stove was broke. We had to switch on and off the breakers to use it. Toilet would tflush half the time.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, making the visit even more enjoyable. The views were absolutely stunning and added a special touch to the overall atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay.
