« I showed up to the hotel and the owner was unaware of my booking, states that a previous owner has been keeping the hotel on the website and collecting the money. I had to then pay again to stay at this hotel. The pool is being reconstructed so we couldn’t use it. don’t book with hotels.com it’s a scam »

« Had a great time here! Our laundry was washed, ironed and neatly folded for us and brought back to our room at an affordable rate. Shower water was hot during our whole stay and we had AC in our room- just request for it at the reception. Breakfast was decent. Only downside was final payments while checking out. Their card reader doesn’t accept more than ksh 2,000 so be prepared to have either cash or mpesa, it really inconvenienced me. Other than that, service was great! »

« Zum einen war bei unserer Ankunft keine Reservation vorhanden. Die Zimmer waren ok, Badezimmer grenzwertig. Die santitären Anlagen beim Pool eine Katastrophe. Frühstück leider nur mittelmässig. Der Kaffe war aber gut. Leider war auch das Essen am Abend nur Mittelmäßig, der Weisswein warm, obwohl wir vorher darum gebeten haben, dem Wein bitte kaltzustellen. Hat nicht geklappt. Im allgemeinen war der Service sehr langsam, obwohl wir fast die einzigsten Gäste waren. »
