Outside of these dates, the Florida weather should naturally heat the pool. Pool temps are not guaranteed. This pool is heated by propane so if you would like to run the pool heater outside of those times, there is an additional cost to this. The spa has a timer of 2 hours, once turned on and can be run at any time. PET POLICY: This home has a $20/pet/day fee. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collected. Loved the pool and the neat decor - much cozier than some of the more sterile places we’ve rented. The open kitchen/living/dining perfect for vacation, and doors opening to pool made it so breezy and comfy. Quality of all the amenities were high. The cage/screen enclosed back yard and pool area was exceptional and provided hours of enjoyment. Many meals were grilled out on the clean outside cooking area. Watching sports outside on the flat screen tv while lounging in the pool was special. Hours were spent in the pool with the kids and grandkids……so much fun. The hot tub was sensational!Inside the home was equally as good. Very open floor plan with lots of room to move around. Appliances were all high end. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and very comfortable. The location of this property is great to easily get to the beach or the village without having to drive in hardly any traffic. Our Property Manager responded immediately to a couple of questions we had.Our total experience was EXCEPTIONAL ! ##### James C.
