Rustic Sands can accommodate up to 8 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:

•Under the other beds: Fold out single floor mattresses (2) - Sleeps: 2


***PLEASE NOTE***

POOL HEATER RULES:
Pool heat temp is set at 83º and runs each day from 9 AM until 4 PM from October 15-April 15. Outside of these dates, the Florida weather should naturally heat the pool. Pool temps are not guaranteed. This pool is heated by propane so if you would like to run the pool heater outside of those times, there is an additional cost to this.
The spa has a timer of 2 hours, once turned on and can be run at any time.

PET POLICY: This home has a $20/pet/day fee. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collected. By making this reservation, you agree to this policy. DOGS ONLY. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

A SIGNED DESTINATION PARADISE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL RESERVATIONS.

The house was amazing! Extremely clean and inviting! Very nice furnishings and high end appliances. The outdoor pool/sauna was so nice and relaxing! Location was quiet , just a short drive in the village. We loved our stay here and would definitely go back ! A great little gem of a house!

It was everything we expected based on the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked with spices. Enough pool towels for everyone. Was a very comfortable neighborhood home on a quiet street. Pool area was clean, comfortable and the outdoor television was a bonus.

Space was roomy and comfortable. Place was well maintained out and in. Living room Seating for everyone. Kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, coffee pot, and Keurig. Some spices were available. Dining table was inventive but not practical. Was afraid of staining. Also when sitting, the table was too high for comfort. Had a washer and dryer which also was convenient. We lost 2 days at end of stay with no fuel for jacuzzi and temps were cooler. But having the screened in lanai with pool and spa was nice. Overall would stay there again. Convenience to shops, Sarasota airport, and most of all-the beach. Would recommend renting a golf cart or driving to beach. Too long of a walk, especially if carrying chairs.

Fun place

Very Nice little house for us and our two kids. Loved the pool and the neat decor - much cozier than some of the more sterile places we’ve rented. The open kitchen/living/dining perfect for vacation, and doors opening to pool made it so breezy and comfy. We biked to the beach and Village, pretty easy although had to be on a busy road for part of it.

650 Rustic Sands

This property was everything and more than we hoped for. Quality of all the amenities were high. The cage/screen enclosed back yard and pool area was exceptional and provided hours of enjoyment. Many meals were grilled out on the clean outside cooking area. Watching sports outside on the flat screen tv while lounging in the pool was special. Hours were spent in the pool with the kids and grandkids……so much fun. The hot tub was sensational!Inside the home was equally as good. Very open floor plan with lots of room to move around. Appliances were all high end. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and very comfortable. The location of this property is great to easily get to the beach or the village without having to drive in hardly any traffic. Our Property Manager responded immediately to a couple of questions we had.Our total experience was EXCEPTIONAL !

Great open layout

Beautiful house. Great for entertaining. Nice pool and hot tub. It would have been nice to be able to heat the pool some evenings but we were told it would involve an additional fee— although we did nit see anything that mentioned that info. Four groups of our family rented places and everyone said we had the nicest house. Overall a very nice stay.
